Please Do Not place an order with us unless you are willing to commit to the purchase. All of our prices are fair and are not negoatiable. Please Do Not contact us before two weeks after you have paid for your products and you haven't received your merchandise, if two weeks have passed you may email us at Jess81184@hotmail.com to let us know you havent received your item, although a tracking code will be sent to the email you provide once we have completed the shipping process. We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
